Welcome to ReviewBoost (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices—covering our integrations with Facebook, Instagram, and Gmail.

1) Information We Collect

• Account data you provide: name, email, password (hashed), workspace/org info.
• Connected platform data (via your consent):
  • Facebook / Instagram: page/account IDs, page/profile name & picture; messages you send/receive (content, timestamps, participant IDs), message attachments (images, video, files, URLs), and posting metadata when you publish content through our app.
  • Gmail: email headers (From/To/Subject/Date), message bodies, thread IDs, message IDs, attachments (file names, mime types, sizes), labels, and metadata (e.g., history IDs for push notifications).
• Auth tokens: OAuth access/refresh tokens and expiry times required to connect your accounts. We store only what’s necessary to operate the features you enable.
• Usage data: app activity logs (e.g., API/webhook success/failure, timestamps), device/browser info, and diagnostic data for support and security.
• Support content: information you share with our team (tickets, chats, attachments).

2) How We Use Information

• Provide the unified inbox (read & display messages and attachments from Facebook, Instagram, and Gmail).
• Publish posts or replies only when you explicitly initiate them (e.g., click “Send” or “Post”). We never post without your action.
• Send messages you author (including attachments) to recipients you choose.
• Sync and index conversations so you can search and manage them.
• Maintain secure connections with platforms (token refresh, webhooks, Pub/Sub).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve features; prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3) Platform Permissions (Scopes)

Facebook & Instagram (Meta): messaging & content management permissions to read messages/attachments, display participant info, and send messages or publish content you initiate.

Gmail (Google): gmail.readonly, gmail.modify, gmail.send, and basic profile scopes to read messages/attachments, mark as read/label, and send replies you author.

We request the minimum scopes required. You can revoke access any time via the platform’s security settings.

4) Sharing & Disclosure

• No selling of personal data.
• Service providers/sub-processors (e.g., hosting, logging, monitoring, analytics, storage/CDN) under confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Data Retention & Deletion

• Conversation content and attachments are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
• You may delete conversations or disconnect integrations. Upon disconnection, we stop future syncing and remove tokens.
• Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law or for dispute resolution.

6) Security

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where applicable.
• Principle of least privilege for tokens and internal access.
• Audit logs and monitoring for anomalies.
• You control team access to workspaces and conversations.

7) Your Choices & Rights

• Disconnect integrations at any time (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail).
• Revoke OAuth access in platform security settings.
• Request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

8) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9) International Transfers

We may process data in locations where we or our providers operate, applying appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

10) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.

By using ReviewBoost, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your region).
• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.

2) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
• No spam or platform policy violations (Meta/Instagram/Gmail rules apply).
• No attempts to bypass security, scrape, or overload the service.

3) Messaging & Posting on Connected Platforms

• We only send or publish content that you explicitly initiate (e.g., clicking “Send”, “Reply”, or “Post”).
• You’re responsible for the content you send or publish (including text and attachments) and for obtaining any rights to such content.
• You must comply with the terms of Facebook, Instagram, and Google when using connected features.

4) Intellectual Property

• We own the service, software, and branding. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service.
• You keep ownership of the content you import, compose, or publish; you grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service.

5) Availability & Changes

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

7) Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Integrations depend on third-party APIs which may change or be unavailable.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9) Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content or misuse of the service.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary business location or, if unspecified, the laws applicable where ReviewBoost is established. Courts in that venue have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you want to delete your data:

1. Disconnect Facebook/Instagram/Gmail in the ReviewBoost settings (this removes tokens and stops syncing).
2. Delete conversations as needed within the app.
3. Request full account deletion by emailing asad.dev890@gmail.com. We will confirm and complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
